Prepping the 2018 edition

I am gathering some reminders for now towards a new narrative for this course.

For example there is a link below to a site that offers up free online generative music tools, which may be good for lead-ins and breaks in podcasts. This reflects the general direction towards a full-on hands-on project orientation for the course. I want more focus on the actual making of a podcast. More later...

A Progress Report

This course has a most interesting trajectory. Only once before in my teaching career have I walked into a room on day one to find a group of students who were as ready to roll as this group was. Interested in the topic? Check . Willing to learn more even though they already knew a thing or two? Check . Alive to ideas, and interested in each other's ideas? Check . Capable of self-starting?
